  • 1998-2004: undergraduate study in Veterinary medicine, University of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Sciences Brno.
  • 2004-2007: PhD study in Avian, reptile and small mammal medicine, University of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Sciences Brno, thesis: PCR Detection and treatment of psittacine viral infections and host specificity of beak and feather disease virus.
  • 2009-2018: PhD study in Zoology, Charles University in Prague, thesis: Condition dependence of sexually selected ornaments in birds.
