Job offer: Part-time postdoc: The loss of genetic diversity and inbreeding as a threat for Czech Eurasian lynx populations

Researcher with a PhD in Zoology/Ecology or Molecular Biology/Genetics, experience with working in a molecular-genetics laboratory, laboratory analysis of genetic samples, experience in evaluating genetic data, and writing of scientific manuscripts.

Essential skills and qualifications: experience with working in a molecular-genetics laboratory, experience in evaluating genetic data (Structure, Arlequin, GenAlEx, Bioedit)

Desirable competences: scientific manuscript writing (min 10 papers on WOS)

Required education level: PhD in Zoology/Ecology or Molecular Biology/Genetics

Required research experiences: At least 10 years post-doctoral experience is preferable

Required languages: English (B2), Czech advantage

Monthly salary: 17 500 CZK (gross wage)     Nástup (Starting day): 1.5.2024
